Tia Clarida, Founder + Principal

I’ve spent over 25 years building brands, leading teams, refining positioning, and guiding companies through launch, growth and reinvention. I’m drawn to purpose-driven organizations because I believe business is about more than market share; it’s about making a difference.

The Mission

Emerging brands face increasing pressure to grow, communicate clearly, and stay true to their values in a crowded, fast-moving landscape owned largely by corporations. That’s why it’s so important to differentiate, get clear and grow smart.

I founded Creative Culture Studio to help organizations step back, ask the right questions, and make intentional decisions about how they show up in the world.

I’ve led brands from both sides of the table — inside agencies, inside companies, and as the co-founder of my own PR and marketing firm, k101 Agency, for over 15 years. My journey has allowed me a rare vantage point: I understand what it takes to build brands, manage teams, dream big, and move businesses forward with intention and purpose.
